The flavor of these gummies were so good!! They also had great nutrients. There was no after taste or weird chemically flavor. I also didn't get any weird side effects after, and I have a sensitive stomach. So overall, I would definitely recommend these!!!

These are okayish Vitamin D gummies. They taste good & don't have a weird texture. However, I'm not sure if they qualify for "high potency" as my usual brand has twice as much IU included.
