These are a good general women's multivitamin gummy. It has everything my wife has in her standard gummies but with the addition of biotin. She likes the taste better than her other gummies so there is that. Still, I think that there are better options out there. Good but not great.

These are great tasting gummies. Although not fully featured like a multi-vitamin they do contain some of your standard vitamins. Easy to chew and fairly sweet so if you have problems with swallowing pils these are a great alternative. Besides vitamins A, C, D and E, it contains 5 B-family vitamins, plus iodine and zinc that are also very important to mon and baby. These supplements are formulated in 2 gummies per day. They are delicious with a fruit flavor and real sugar. It is convenient to split the 2 gummies with 2 meals and taken as snacks.

The Baby Blues multi vitamin is very tasty and easy to eat. There were 3 flavors in the bottle, strawberry, orange, and cherry. I think the strawberry and orange is the best, maybe because cherry reminds me of cough syrup. These have all the important multi-vitamins needed for pregnancy, especially folate. Overall, not bad.
