Shipping & Returns
Orders usually ship within 1 business day of ordering. All products within the U.S. are shipped USPS priority mail. Processing may take longer if the order was placed around the Holidays or on a weekend. Please allow 3-5 business days for your shipment to arrive after receiving notice that your order has shipped.
All orders once placed are finalized, and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be canceled once dispatched.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
Baby Blues currently fulfills product from the United States only. We do offer shipping outside the United States for our international customers at their expense primarily via DHL.
Customers may choose their carrier and shipping price typically based on how fast they would like the product.
If a customer chooses to ship international at this time their item may incur delays to destination.
Will I be charged duty fees?
Our company is based in the USA. All of our US orders are free of duty fees.
While most of our orders are free of any Import Taxes or Duty Fees, we cannot be held responsible for any taxes, seizures or fees from importing our product. By complying with all local standards and regulations, we do our very best avoid any possible charges your country may assess your shipment.
The final decision is decided by your country's import regulations. You may contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.
Any customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. Vitamins may be subject to additional regulations in order to authorize delivery.
Baby Blues will provide refunds ONLY on unopened bottles (as inspected and determined by Baby Blues) in situations deemed appropriate by Baby Blues. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of placing an order.
To ensure our quick ship policy, orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed, shipped, or while in transit to the customer.
Shipping expenses will not be refunded in any case including, but not limited to returns. All nutrition and supplement facts are clearly listed on the site. Refunds for such reason may be accepted, but will taken less shipping return fees.
