For the past few years I've been using baby blues gummy vitamins for hair and I recently discovered the new Baby Blues brighter side gummy vitamin. I decided to give it a try, I love that it's less sugar than other brands and it has my favorite flavors (mango, peach, and strawberry). In addition, my husband noticed my energy level has been better and mood(coming from a non-morning person, I am one upbeat person every morning since taking these haha). As someone who doesn't get enough Vitamin D from the sun, this is very beneficial. I eat healthy and am a huge fan of mushrooms but it's not enough, I was looking for additional support. As someone who had thyroid issues in the past(not currently present), I can see these vitamins being helpful. I believe I sleep better these days, I feel less fatigued, and mostly more energy for my 3 wild monkeys(3 boys haha). These are non gmo, gluten free(something that was very important to me!), They come in 60 pieces(2 pieces a day). Not to mention these are great for hair growth! I love watching the progress of my hair growth. I highly recommend these! I wish to see these in every store, they are a must have!!

Wow! These are so delicious- the Peach and Mango are my favorites! I take two a day and they have helped with my low Vitamin D! Good for you for so many reasons- but please know these are the best-tasting vitamins I have ever tried. Easy to remember to take this way. Look forward to it! Don't ever change this formula!!

I decided to try this after dealing with depression and anxiety that only occurred after I gave birth and then started birth control again.

I decided to start taking these mostly to help my mood. I’ve only been taking them for two weeks and I didn’t expect to see a difference so soon. Of course, there’s always a possibility of there being a placebo effect, but I genuinely feel like I am significantly less moody and can manage my moods better.

I wake up feeling more ok to start the day; whereas before I had no motivation. Best tasting also; maybe I wake up excited to take them because they taste so good =)

I've tried all the baby blues products and these by far taste the beeeeeest. I live in Seattle and we all take Vitamin D and these are the only ones I'll take from now on. Good for mood, hair, bones, and infections- also people don't know but if you can't sleep well you might not be getting enough!

Was suggested I get enough Vit. D postpartum due to potential ppd and also for hair loss (deficiencies). I take these with the hair vitamins and they are both delicious and effective. Easy to want to take more.

They taste as good as they look. I'm running again since delivery and these help with muscles and calcium also a good little perk-up mood burst if you're like most of the world and don't live in Hawaii. Vitamin D actually can absorb really well in gummy form and these are delicious so I'll take them over a pill any day.

Anyone who has seasonal depression knows you need Vitamin D and these are addicting taste-wise (they are seriously lit). Also important for hair growth. A little pricy but worth it for the taste- I don't forget to take these and I feel better and my hair keeps growing.
