Postpartum Essentials Pack

You’re gonna go through a lot of bottles of these so just go ahead and get the three pack. I’ve used two bottles of each already and now that I can buy them all together, it makes tracking so much easier. These three are my fav of the line!

I’ve only been taking these for less than a week so I can’t attest to their effectiveness, but they are so tasty! I hope they are effective as well.

I tend to cycle through different supplements and go for a new set of primary focuses every few months. At the moment, thinning hair has been my most pressing issue (hadn’t been on a biotin supplement for a while) and I was going to purchase a solo biotin/hair supplement until I came across this trio-pack.

Any biotin supplement will always be helpful for my hair & nail growth/strength, but what really drew me to this pack was the combo of zinc and vitamin C for immune support. Usually I’ll grab zinc/vitamin C separately at the drugstore but any product that combines my go-to basic vitamins will always be a winner, and the ACV gummy was just a bonus. I can’t say if ACV is necessarily good for weight loss (green tea supplements maybe!), but I have been recommended by friends to use ACV for reproductive/digestive support.

Overall this pack combined biotin/zinc/vitamin C/apple cider vinegar at a price lower than
I would have spent on all of them individually. If you know what you’re looking for, no need to be post-partum.

Taste good and helpful

This brand was recommended by a friend of mine and has exceeded my expectations. My hair and nails grow healthier and faster on the hair vitamins and I feel good about taking something to boost immunity right now with the elderberry gummies.

The texture on the apple cider vinegar gummies is really good, they aren't sticky.

These work really well! I was actually skeptical they would work, but I started out with the hair loss one (blue one) and within a month, my hair is a lot more healthy and has started to grow back in and stopped shedding like there was no tomorrow!! Then I started feeling like I was getting sick and tried the elderberry one (purple one) and within a couple days I’ve felt like I got over it and have a lot of energy again and no sore throat or other symptoms of a cold! Then I tried the red one instead of my probiotics and I liked it even better. They all have really good berry flavors and I like that they are themed (purple is a light raspberry, red is an apple, and blue is a dark berry), so if you accidentally spill them you know what they are! I love these. I take them with my postnatal vitamins and feel amazing!

A 3-pack of my family’s three favorites from BabyBlues. Each is a blend giving you a different boost. The hair vitamins (gluten free) contain multiple vitamins (including A, C, D, B-6, B-12) along with a big boost of biotin. And it’s biotin, not some instant hair miracle cure. It took about a month of regular use for me and a month-and-a-half for my wife before there was a noticeable difference in our hair growth and health. The berry boost is a tasty (and it’s gluten free and vegan) vitamin C and Zinc blend including 100mg of elderberry fruit. And the ACV gummy (also gluten free and vegan) is the best one I’ve found out there - with B6, B12, Folate, Iodine, ACV, Pomegranate, and Beet Root. For me, I particular noticed my metabolism and energy levels were more balanced vs. some sort of temporary rush and crash. This may not be the case for everyone as you can find standalone biotin vitamins, etc. for less $$, but I like these blends, the good-quality packaging (no melted blob of gummies from shipping), and that these are from a US-based business with a certified good manufacturing process. There’s a lot of junk supplements out there with literal garbage mixed in, and I am not interested in risking my health over a deal from some unknown seller that will disappear from Amazon a few weeks after my purchase. I have been a happy BabyBlues customer for over two years now. I love these. More importantly, my wife loves these. And I can save some $$ getting the 3-pack vs. an individual one of each.

I absolutely love this postpartum pack of vitamins. Was wanting to take a vitamin to help with the postpartum shed but found this pack that helps me my hair, the bloating and keeping my immunity up. Plus they taste so yummy. I am so busy keeping up with my baby girl that being able to just take a gummy vitamin helps so much. The apple cider vitamin helps me not feel so bloated and gives me a little energy boost. The hair vitamin really helps with my hair. I don’t see as much shedding in the shower or on my brush. Loving it and highly recommend.
