How do I take them, and for how long?

Take two gummies daily; no food or water needed. Each bottle has 60 gummies (30 servings). We recommend taking it daily for at least three months. Individual results vary.*

What's the difference between the bottle, the 3-month supply and the packs?

They all include the same Hair Vitamins. A single bottle is a 30-day supply; the 3-month supply is three bottles (90 days). Can I take them while breastfeeding?

That's a good question to take to your own healthcare provider. Bring the Supplement Facts with you, and if you already take a prenatal or postnatal, show your provider both labels so they can check the combined amounts. The FDA notes that high-dose biotin can interfere with some lab tests, so mention it before any blood work.

What allergens are in the gummies?

The label allergen warning says the gummies contain fish (tilapia) and tree nuts (coconut). The collagen is fish-derived, so the gummies are not vegan. They are pectin-based and gelatin-free.
